Bruce Dickinson is indeed finally bringing out another solo album! He has already revealed the name of the record, as well as a time frame for the release. Read more about it here!
The British singer is of course mainly known for his memorable vocals in the British Heavy Metal band Iron Maiden. But he has also had a solo career since the 90s. He has already released six studio albums, although the last record was released almost twenty years ago. Tyranny of Souls came out in 2005 - back then, of course, albums weren't announced on social media. But that is now the case with The Mandrake Project! The project is scheduled for release in early 2024.
Dickinson says about the album's production:
"This album has been a very personal journey for me and I am extremely proud of it. Roy Z and I have been planning, writing and recording it for years, and I am very excited for people to finally hear it."
And then there's the exciting comment:
“As for what The Mandrake Project actually is… all will be revealed soon!”
Hopefully really soon, because our anticipation is huge!

Will There Be A Tour?
In fact, the first tour dates for this project have already been announced. They only cover South America so far, but more updates will definitely follow. In any case, Bruce Dickinson is already looking forward to presenting the album to his fans.
I’m even more excited at the prospect of getting out on the road with this amazing band that we have put together, to be able to bring it to life. We’re planning to play as many shows as we can in as many places as possible, for as many people as we can!
The prospects couldn't be better. Now all that's needed is a little patience and then you can listen to the album over and over again!
