Nightwish Share Details About Their New Album "Yesterwynde": Tracklist And Release Date

Nightwish have shared a wealth of information about their upcoming 10th studio album, "Yesterwynde"! You can find the album cover, tracklist, and band's commentary here.

So far, the discography of the Finnish Symphonic Metal band includes exactly nine studio albums. The last one, Human. :II: Nature., was released in 2020 and was the first Nightwish album since Once (2004) to reach number one on the German album charts. But this year, the band's tenth full-length album is coming, and they've already thrown us a big chunk of information!

Yesterwynde - What Can You Expect?

Nightwish have named their new work Yesterwynde. It will be released on September 20, 2024, through their label Nuclear Blast. Today, however, a generous glimpse of the album's contents was already provided! Twelve tracks await you on the record. And this is what the musicians have to say about it:

"Yesterwynde is a fantastical journey through time, memory, and the nobler aspects of human nature. After three years of work, we are overwhelmed with joy to share our tenth album with the world on September 20!"

A first single is also already in sight: "Perfume Of The Timeless" will go online on May 21, 2024.
