Impericon Awards 2023: These Are All The Winners!

For the year 2023, we asked the community to vote for their absolute highlights in the music world once again. Find out who snagged the six Impericon Awards here!

At the end of last year, you had the opportunity to nominate your favorite bands and festivals for the Impericon Awards 2023 along with the entire community. The results are presented here! There are a total of six categories in which bands and festivals can compete. Of course, we not only reveal the winners, but also second and third place.

Band of the Year 2023

With so much new music in one year, the decision is not necessarily easy - but you have clearly chosen! In addition to nominations like Parkway Drive, Currents, and Imminence, Lorna Shore have claimed the top spot and secured the award. These bands were your favorites last year:

Best Music Video 2023

Among the music videos, there was even more variety than among the albums, but this time a cover song made it to the top of the podium. Electric Callboy take home the Impericon Award for Best Music Video with "Everytime We Touch"! The single was released on June 21, 2023, and the TEKKNO version of this party classic has clearly captured the community's hearts.

3. Ice Nine Kills - Meat & Greet

Lorna Shore continue to impress with their video for "Welcome Back, O’ Sleepin Dreamer" securing second place. "Meat & Greet" earns Ice Nine Kills third place, as they released their album Welcome To Horrorwood: Under Fire in October 2023.

Best Live Band 2023

Once again, Lorna Shore has risen as Best Live Band - their second award in one year. Just missing out on the winner's podium are Sleep Token and Electric Callboy, who are definitely among the top favorites in all polls.

Best Festival 2023

Moving away from bands for a moment, let's focus on the community's favorite festivals. Where is the atmosphere best, the mood most lively, and anticipation for next year highest? Here's the answer:

Full Force takes first place and has become the community's favorite festival in 2023. There is already much excitement for upcoming Impericon Festivals and Summer Breeze!

Top Tour 2023

Staying with live shows, let's crown the Best Tour of 2023. The clear winners here are Bring Me The Horizon, A Day To Remember, Poor Stacy, and Static Dress with their Post Human Tour! But Lorna Shore once again impressed greatly, as did Architects with Northlane and Sleep Token in tow.

Best Album 2023
