Since the first season of Arcane not only captivated global fans of the League of Legends games but also became one of the most celebrated Netflix hits of all time, we are all anxiously awaiting the sequel. The continuation has already been confirmed; there has even been a teaser. Season 1 left us with intense emotions, and probably no one expects the series to just have a plain happy ending. But what Jinx's voice actress, Ella Purnell, says about the end of Season 2 sounds more like a worst-case scenario...
Ella Purnell On Her Recordings For Season 2
The actress and voice actress Ella Purnell could recently celebrate the launch of the new series "Fallout", as she plays the role of Lucy in the adaptation of the well-known post-apocalyptic game. However, she was also recently in the recording studio to continue working on the Arcane sequel. When asked to provide a preview of the events of Season 2, she gave the following shocking reply:
"I actually just went back into the studio to complete some ADR for the season 2 finale – and I cried. So, I think other people will cry, too. It's devastating, and nobody will feel good after watching it."
If that's not a statement to prepare us for the worst, then what is? Nevertheless, we can't wait for fall to come quickly enough, because in November 2024 we will finally find out what lies behind these words.
