• Track 8 taken from the 1983 demo.
• Track 9 taken from unreleased 1981 recording.

• Tracks 1-8 taken from unreleased 1994 recording.
• Tracks 9-13 taken from unreleased 1993 recording.
• Track 14 is a 1994 live performance in Frankfurt, Germany
