Fans have been eagerly speculating about who is behind the mask of the new Slipknot member. Now, a name is circulating, though it has not been officially announced by the band. We'll reveal who it is here!
Some fans still hoped that Craig Jones was part of the group. After all, his familiar face could be hiding behind a new mask. Slipknot had announced the departure of their longtime colleague Jones on June 7, 2023, but the statement was soon deleted from their Instagram page. However, this hope seems to be dissipating, as the percussionist known as "Tortilla Man," Michael Pfaff, recently posted an Instagram story in which one could clearly see the name tags of the stage outfits behind him. The name “Zac” was spotted. It is now assumed that this refers to Zac Baird, a keyboardist known for his collaboration with the band Korn. These speculations have not been confirmed by the band yet. The story has already been deleted, but screenshots are still circulating. Whether this was truly an accident is unclear - perhaps we were meant to notice?

Slipknot played their last show of the current tour at Resurrection Fest in Spain. On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of their album “All Hope Is Gone,” the band is releasing a brand-new vinyl version of their live performance at Madison Square Garden (MSG), New York, from 2009, on August 18, 2023. It was a defining moment for the group, as they performed in what is arguably the world's most famous arena.
