Slipknot: Have the identities of their new members been revealed?

The identity of the new Slipknot members finally seems to have been finalised. What's more, the band's first concert was spontaneously announced for 2025. Coincidence?

Last week, a mysterious Slipknot billboard appeared in California with the link to the website youcantkillme.com. This site, which references their early 2000s website, recently announced a concert on April 25, 2024, in California—before their appearance at the Sick New World Festival. Tickets, priced at just $9, were highly limited and quickly sold out. This may mark the first concert featuring two new band members. Read on for more details!

Following the link reveals many references to their old website and teasers for the 25th anniversary of their debut album, Slipknot, released in 1999. All lyrics from this album are listed under "Lyrics," and the guestbook features old entries but is closed for new ones. The top of the page states:

“Thanks for checking out our site. If you wanted to sign our guestbook, you should have been here 25 years ago.”

The website design remains authentically old-school, with their debut tracks listed as "Modems" under "Music" (a throwback to when downloads/streams were called modems), and a note at the bottom: “This page was last updated on 04/25/2024,” matching the date of the announced concert.

First Concert with New Drummer?

Since former Sepultura drummer Eloy Casagrande's sudden departure from his band, fans speculated he might join Slipknot. This seems confirmed by hints on youcantkillme.com.

A Reddit user shared his discovery: a hidden video accessible by clicking a small button above “If you don’t have Netscape 4.0+ or Internet Explorer 4.0+, get it NOW! You’re probably missing most of the cool stuff on this website.”

The source code of the video includes the first names of all current band members, plus two new names: Eloy and Jeff. This strongly suggests Eloy Casagrande has joined the band. The identity of Jeff is still under speculation, with many assuming it's Jeff Karnowski, who previously collaborated with Shawn Crahan and Michael Pfaff in the band project Dirty Little Rabbits.
