At their third annual fan convention, the Silver Scream Con, Ice Nine Kills, along with David Howard Thornton (aka Art the Clown), revealed that their upcoming track "A Work Of Art" will be part of the "Terrifier 3" soundtrack. That's right – the song will be featured in the movie when it hits theaters on October 11 in the US.
Spencer Charnas, the mastermind behind Ice Nine Kills, is really excited:
"The Terrifier franchise has given us the greatest new horror icon in decades with Art the Clown. We feel more than honored to be invited to play in the devilishly delightful universe that Damien Leone and his incredible team have created. The Art and INK fanbases are one and the same, and we have heard the screams for this collaboration loud and clear."
You'll get to experience "A Work Of Art" and its accompanying music video, which also features David Howard Thornton, starting on September 19. It will be shown at the Fantastic Fest, followed by the world premiere of "Terrifier 3."
What's "Terrifier 3" About?
In addition to Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton), the film also stars Lauren LaVera (Sienna Shaw), Elliot Fullam (Jonathan Shaw), and Samantha Scaffidi (Victoria "Vicky" Heyes). The story? Sienna and her brother are trying to rebuild their lives after Art the Clown's horrific Halloween massacre. Just as the Christmas season approaches and they try to leave the horrors behind, Art returns. And this time, he's set on turning their Christmas joy into a living nightmare.
