The Story Of Nasty
It began in 2004 in Kelmis, Belgium, under the name "Van Damme". The guys released two demo CDs,
Van Damme and
The Beginning, and then changed their name to Nasty. The debut album
Declaring War was released in 2006 on Fuck This Recordings. The follow-ups
Aggression (2008) and
Give a Shit (2010) were released on Goodlife Recordings, and they have since switched labels several times.The band expanded their popularity year by year. By now, Nasty is known beyond genre boundaries and has a large fan base. Their performance at the With Full Force Festival 2012 was one of the most significant milestones in the band's history. In the meantime, they have toured with scene favorites like
Deez Nuts,
Emmure,
Madball, and
The Ghost Inside. Albums like
Realigion from 2017,
Menace from 2020, and
Heartbreak Criminals from 2023 are celebrated by their fans! "At War With Love" and "666AM" are among their most popular songs.
