Shipping policy

We send your order as insured package. We work together with several couriers, applying each package with a tracking number. Each shipment is insured with 500 Euro, protecting you from any shipping risks.

• EU order: 4-8 business days
• International orders: Up to 12 business days

Surcharge: 30 EUR

Priority handling - faster delivery

Your order will be prioritized for processing and shipping. This means your package will be handed over to the shipping provider on the same day or no later than the following day (after payment confirmation). Once shipped, you will receive a link to your personal shipment tracking. You can add priority handling for a fee during checkout.

Please note that this service is offered by us and does not affect the delivery time of the shipping provider. Shipping cannot take place on weekends or public holidays in Germany.

GoGreen - climate neutral shipping

If you choose climate-neutral shipping for your order, you make a sustainable and valuable contribution to climate protection. The additional fee offsets the CO2 emissions of your package. Your contribution goes toward certified CO2 investment programs (e.g., biomass, wind farms, waste management) to balance the carbon footprint of your shipment.

Delivery Time / Availability

The duration of delivery depends on the method of payment. Orders via PayPal and Direct Money Transfer are ready for shipping within 48 hours. The prepaid orders will be dispatched as soon as we received the payment on our bank account. The bank processing can take up to one week. At times of great demand and parallel orders it can happen that an article is not available anymore, even though it was still marked as available when you ordered. In that case you will be immediately notified and our customer service will help you finding a suitable alternative.

Tracking

With your order you will receive a tracking link, enabling you to constantly check the status of your order on the couriers website. With this feature you will be able to exactly find out when to await your package.

Delivery

The couriers will try to reach you twice: If the mailman does not meet you personally, he will leave the package with your neighbors. If the mailman does not meet anybody on second attempt, the package will be stored at your local post office, and you will have seven work days time before it will be send back to us.

Import taxes, duty fees and duty costs

For orders which are sent beyond Germany import taxes, duty fees and duty costs can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver's country.
