Currents from the USA are known for their dark and atmospheric sound. The Djent-heavy Metalcore project has existed since 2011. With brutal riffs built on a Metalcore foundation, occasionally leaning towards Djent and Death Metal, the band has garnered a worldwide fanbase. Currents have toured with numerous heavyweights like August Burns Red, The Amity Affliction, Northlane, Miss May I, and Erra. Currents songs like "A Flag to Wave," "Into Despair," and "Monsters" are favorites among many Core fans.
