The new series, a modern adaptation of the classic “The Addams Family,” skyrocketed to success within its first few days: it was streamed by 50 million households in just five days! This even dethrones “Stranger Things,” the only Netflix series to have achieved comparable figures before.

Here you can listen to it again:

The series was directed by none other than Tim Burton. He is known for top-notch and dark films like “A Nightmare Before Christmas,” “Beetlejuice,” and “Edward Scissorhands.” His unique way of producing films is also reflected in the new Netflix series.
