Angefangen hat alles im Frühjahr 2023. Anfy, Azaria und Oli durchlebten schwere persönliche Krisen, kannten sich seit mehreren Jahren und beschlossen, das zu tun, was in einer solchen Situation am meisten hilft: den Schmerz gemeinsam durch Songwriting zu verarbeiten. Kurze Zeit später stieß Josi dazu und vervollständigte die Band. Ihre Texte handeln von persönlichen Kämpfen und Beobachtungen unserer Gesellschaft, sei es die Giftigkeit Einzelner oder die ignorante Haltung einer ganzen Spezies. Seven Blood betten diese Texte in eine brutale Soundwand ein, die ihrer Nachdenklichkeit einen wütenden Unterton verleiht. Die kombinierte Kraft von Schlagzeug, Bass und Gitarre erhebt sich hinter dem Gesang und wird durch die ätherischen und manchmal beißenden Klänge von Fanfaren und Synthesizern ergänzt.
