Oasis are embarking on a huge reunion tour in 2025, and naturally, fans worldwide rushed to grab tickets. Unsurprisingly, the tour sold out in record time. However, for fans in the UK and Ireland, this excitement has quickly turned into chaos. First, the In-Demand pricing system caused frustration as fans faced long wait times only to be met with higher-than-expected prices.
Now, thousands of tickets are being canceled because they were resold on other platforms after the initial sell-out on Ticketmaster and See Tickets. This resale violates the terms and conditions, resulting in the cancellation of tickets, affecting thousands of fans. The canceled tickets will soon be made available for purchase on Ticketmaster.
A spokesperson commented:
"Ticket agencies Ticketmaster and See Tickets will begin canceling tickets in the coming weeks where sales violated the terms and conditions introduced for the tour. [...] Canceled tickets will be re-released for sale at a later date through the official ticket agency, Ticketmaster."
Regarding the North American sales, Oasis’s management released the following statement in late September:
