Originally formed in 1975, they went through periods of breaks and reunions, on and off, until their last breakup in 2008. But now, the Sex Pistols are making a return. This year, they will be performing live again in London. As might not surprise anyone, the band's former frontman, Johnny Rotten, is not part of the lineup. There remains anything but a friendly atmosphere between him and the rest of the band—a situation that seems unlikely to change in the near or distant future. Nevertheless, the Sex Pistols have found a worthy singer for their summer performances: none other than Frank Carter!
