The latest Marvel movies have not really impressed audiences. The most recent hype from the multiverse was mainly the second season of "Loki", but that was already a few months ago. So, we urgently need some new content, and it's coming this summer! The new film about Deadpool and Wolverine received an official teaser today. You can watch it below, along with the specific release date.
Brand New Teaser Material
It starts off quite innocently and cozy, with a birthday party for Wade Wilson (once again played by Ryan Reynolds) and his closest friends and loved ones. But this peace doesn't last long, as expected. But what exactly does Wolverine have to do with it? Only at the very end do we catch a glimpse of a familiar shadow. But see for yourself:
Even though the teaser doesn't reveal much, we can already tell you that Hugh Jackman will be back as Wolverine. Additionally, many other familiar characters, as well as actors, make appearances. For example, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa Carlysle, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, and Owen Wilson as Mobius M. Mobius are all part of the cast. But how does it all fit into the storyline?
In this film, Deadpool will travel through time to meet Wolverine and help him heal his injuries. The goal: working together to fight a common enemy. In other words, the TVA (Time Variance Authority, known from the series "Loki") is also involved!
When Will The Film Be Released In Theaters?
The most important question: When can we see the new film? The release date has already been announced for July 26, 2024 in the USA. So if you're not completely up to date yet, you can easily catch up by watching both seasons of Loki before summer arrives!
