How The Journey Began

Neaera, named after a figure from Greek mythology, have caused quite a stir since their starting days. They have not only pushed the boundaries of the genre but also built a loyal fan base. Their musical journey is characterized by influences from Death and Black Metal, mixed with Hardcore to create their own unique style. With albums like Let the Tempest Come and Ours Is the Storm, they have made a lasting impression in the hearts of fans. Their live performances always lead to mosh pits, and it's no wonder they have graced the stages of major festivals such as Wacken and Summer Breeze. Neaera has toured with some of the biggest names in the scene, including Caliban and Heaven Shall Burn.

Break-Up And Comeback

In 2015, it was initially over for Neaera. There were a few farewell performances in Germany, but then it was quiet until 2018. Fans were able to see the band live again at the Impericon Festivals 2018. Only after that did they really get back to work on new music. Finally, in 2020, their album Neaera was released! Now the band is looking at a new path in front of them.
