Die Ärzte Merchandise
When the hearts of everyone began to beat to the rhythm of two cheeky Berlin brats in
1980, these individuals, with their cheeky taboo breaks and driving punk music, would become something that shaped generations.
Dirk Felsenheimer, aka "Bela B, and
Jan Vetter, aka "Farin Urlaub, and initially "Sahnie", legally known as Hans Runge, brought a bit of unity to divided Germany with their cult band Die Ärzte. Their poppy punk, characterized by simple and catchy melodies combined with ironic and uncomfortable truths, continues to have a major influence on many young bands like
Madsen,
Beatsteaks,
Donots, or
Jennifer Rostock, making the music of these three free-spirited musicians enduring, significant, and justifiably the most commercially successful group in the country alongside the
Toten Hosen to this day.
If you want to count yourself among the generations where Die Ärzte's music made history, you've probably encountered the legendary
Ärzte merch somewhere. Whether it’s the simple logo or the "Taking Care Of Rock" slogan, it has subconsciously crossed your path. Besides
shirts and
hoodies, a classic
CD like PLANET PUNK or the LPs HELL and the new album DUNKEL look particularly stylish in any home music collection. All of this is available here at Impericon!
Anthems in Schoolyards and Boardrooms
Their ability to put the essential thoughts of millions into a
punky package with ironic edges, while never losing sight of the seriousness of the matter, made and continues to make songs like "Schrei nach Liebe", "Westerland", or "Das Lied vom Scheitern" comprehensible to everyone. Sometimes so truthful, like the indexed LP DEBIL and single "Paul", that they ended up on the index. Their honest and heartfelt music, along with the addition of bassist
Rodrigo Gonzales in 1993, made the trio a cult band to this day, relatable and understandable for
everyone, regardless of age or status.
