The song won't be long in coming and will be released on June 21. The musician has already shared some insights into the meaning of his new work. It's a message to himself to help him cope with his insecurities and the darker sides of himself.
"In my life, I've always felt never good enough, it's just what has eaten me up. As long as I can remember, I've constantly been afraid of how quickly my mind can turn dark.
It has always been so hard to fight against the darkness that I inevitably have. Many people will say it's just a phase and it will go away. But it doesn't, and the reality of the situation is that I need to find strategies to deal with it.
To be clear, the things I don't like about myself will probably never change, people tell me that one day I will come to terms with them, but I want that day to be DAMN NOW."
