The Lion King Merchandise
It means no worries for the rest of your days. It's our problem-free philosophy -
Hakuna Matata!" Almost every child has sung along to the famous song from The Lion King. The legendary Disney film was released in 1994, beginning with the birth of the young lion
Simba. The film is set in the "Pride Lands," where lions are the kings and queens of the animal kingdom. Rafiki, a mandrill (not a baboon, as many think), introduces the new king to the land's inhabitants. He holds him up from Pride Rock, and all the animals gather to witness the spectacle. Simba's father, Mufasa, and mother, Sarabi, are the reigning king and queen. One day, the entire land will belong to Simba.

The Evil Scar Wants to Be The Lion King
No movie is complete without a good villain.
Scar, Mufasa's brother, wants to become king himself and kills the Lion King, who is helplessly hanging from a cliff. With his hyenas in tow, whom he promises never to go hungry again, Scar seizes power. Simba is led to believe that he is responsible for his father's death. Mufasa had only come into the dangerous situation to rescue his son. Simba is unaware that Scar ultimately killed his brother.
So, Simba leaves the land in shock, barely escaping the pursuing hyenas. When he collapses under the desert sun, he is saved by the meerkat
Timon and the warthog
Pumbaa. They become friends and teach Simba their motto, "Hakuna Matata," which means "No worries."
Simba chooses to live with them and grows into a full-grown lion over the years. But one day, his friend
Nala finally finds him after searching for a long time. She reports the terrible conditions at Pride Rock, where Scar rules with an iron fist alongside his hyenas. She persuades the three to travel back to Pride Rock so Simba can reclaim his rightful place as king. However, this fight will prove to be extremely challenging...
