The history of Papa Roach started in 1993, when a bunch of highschool friends wanted to start a band together. It was only a little later on that they got support slots for bands like Deftones & Suicidal Tendencies. Three years after their founding, Papa Roach entered the studio for the first time and recorded their demo OLD FRIENDS FROM YOUNG YEARS. After another EP the major label DreamWorks Records wanted to work with the boys which included the likes of lead singer Jacoby Shaddix. Together they released INFEST back in 2000. Even though, records that followed like GETTING AWAY WITH MURDER or THE PARAMOUR SESSIONS gained decent success, INFEST is still their most successful release. The reason why? The single 'Last Resort' even years on is still a smash hit at every rock party and club. In 2015 Papa Roach released their latest record F.E.A.R. and in the beginning of 2016, Jacoby Shaddix announced that his band will go into the studio again to give us even more Papa Roach!
