Are you celebrating your 18th birthday in 2023 and want to head to the Impericon Festival this spring? Then this is your chance to get free entry with the KulturPass! This article will tell you everything you need to know.
Going to your favorite festival for free? Sounds like a dream, but it's actually possible! If you live in Germany and turned 18 in 2023 (or will do so), you can take advantage of the KulturPass offer to completely finance your Impericon Festival ticket! Here’s how it all works. If you definitely want to be part of this Metal and Core party, keep reading.
What is the KulturPass?
The KulturPass is a program by the German federal government for young adults turning 18 in 2023. Since June 14, 2023, the KulturPass has been active. Those who use the offer receive a budget of 200 Euros to spend on cultural activities. This includes visits to museums, cinemas, theaters, as well as concerts and festivals!
Important: If you were born in 2005, you must register for the KulturPass by December 31, 2023. Only then can the budget be activated for you!

Steps to Free Entry!
Registration
To secure your Impericon ticket for 2024, you first need to register for the KulturPass. You can find all the information on the official KulturPass website: kulturpass.de.
Registration can be done either on the website or via the KulturPass DE app, available for download from Google Play for Android and from the App Store for iOS. You will also need to verify your age using the online ID function. Therefore, have your ID card, eID (for EU citizens), or Electronic Residence Permit (non-EU citizens residing in DE) ready for registration.
From the moment you register, you can use your 200 Euro budget on the website or in the app. Here you can reserve your tickets and then pick them up at the event organizer.
Selecting Impericon Festivals
Once you are registered, enter Impericon Festivals in the KulturPass search field. In the search results, you will find all six dates and venues: Hamburg, Leipzig, Oberhausen, Zurich, Munich, and Vienna. The category for these is Concerts and Stage. Simply choose the venue you prefer.
Reservation and Ticket Purchase
Through "All Offers," you can decide how much of your budget you want to use. Click on "Reserve." You will then receive your voucher code for the event and a link to the EVENTIM shop, where you can redeem the code and purchase your ticket.
At EVENTIM, you can add your desired tickets to the cart and enter your voucher code there. After that, you can complete the purchase - and voilà! See you at the Impericon Festivals 2024!
