The wait for future tour dates from Rage Against The Machine has officially come to an end. Brad Wilk has announced that the band will no longer perform live.

The loyal fans of Rage Against The Machine have been eagerly awaiting the announcement of new dates since the group's last performances in 2022. But the wait seems to have been in vain. Due to the many discussions in the fan community, Brad Wilk, the band's drummer, has now commented on this on his Instagram channel.

Brad Wilk's Statement

Brad Wilk is the only band member of Rage Against The Machine who has commented on the issue. From the post, it is clear that he is revealing this development with a heavy heart. Nevertheless, he shares that the band will no longer play live shows.

Of course, the Metal group has had a turbulent band history since its beginnings in 1991. After two breakups, first in 2000 and then again in 2011, Rage Against The Machine reunited in 2020. But then came the pandemic and delayed the announced concerts even further. And then their tour was also canceled in 2022 due to an injury. Since then, there has been hope for rescheduling the dates for a long time. But now there is only the sad news from Brad Wilk. However, he thanks everyone who has supported Rage Against The Machine up to this point very warmly.

"From the bottom of my heart.. Thank you to every person who has ever supported us."
