News from the core front! From England there will soon be new input for your playlist and also fancy records for your collection. With "Self Hell" there will be a new album in spring 2024, but the premiere of the eponymous song is already today!
In 2021, Sleeps Society, the last studio album by While She Sleeps came out. In 2022, the Special Edition followed, with five more tracks, including the acoustic version of "YOU ARE ALL YOU NEED". Especially the title track "SLEEPS SOCIETY", the accompanying music video and the song "SYSTEMATIC" are favorites from the album.
But maybe your favorite song from the English Metalcore band will already be replaced today, who knows? At 10 AM BST you can already watch the premiere of the video for the new single "SELF HELL" on YouTube!
And to make everything even better, let us tell you that the release date for the new album is already set. It's March 15, 2024. Self Hell will be released as a CD and also in the form of different vinyls, one of them a bigger eye-catcher than the other.

In a strange way, this feels like a second debut, we have the same excitement and nervousness around releasing it, like it’s the first step of the band's career.

A simple answer: Yes! You can already pre-order the different versions of the album starting today, September 13, 2023, at 10 AM BST. So you won't miss the release date, nor the edition of your choice. You can choose between a bright orange record and a black and white marble effect. No doubt: A must-have for every fan!

When Are The Next While She Sleeps Concerts?
If the thought of the new music makes you feel like going to a concert again, then you can rest assured. While She Sleeps will play a few shows in Europe this month before heading to Asia in December. They will be joined by the English Metalcore band Bury Tomorrow, who released their latest album The Seventh Sun in March 2023!
