Next week, the Impericon Festivals 2024 are kicking off! As in previous years, we've gathered all the important information just before the start.

IMPERICON FESTIVALS ROADSHOWS 2024

Before the first Impericon Festival of the year starts in Hamburg, the Impericon Festival Roadshows will take place as a warm-up. Here are the dates again:

FOR ALL FESTIVALS

We want you to enjoy the shows and have fun, including crowd surfing, mosh pits, and walls of death. BUT: Take care of each other and offer help when needed. If you overdo it and endanger the health of other festival-goers, we are compelled to issue a warning. In the worst case, we will not hesitate to expel you from the festival.

And without sounding like your worried mom: Remember earplugs! Even though the noise level is continuously monitored, we want you to still be able to enjoy festivals in full sound ten years from now ;)

If you or someone around you needs medical help, there will be plenty of paramedics on site! If you can't find their area in an emergency, just turn to security.

SECURITY CHECKS

Please understand that security checks will take place before entry this year as well. To ensure everyone gets into the venues quickly and without incidents, please read through the following list of items that are NOT allowed on the festival grounds:

  • Food and drinks (various snacks and meals will be offered on the festival grounds, including vegan/vegetarian options)
  • Dogs or other animals
  • Weapons and weapon-like objects, such as firearms, bludgeons, and stabbing weapons
  • Umbrellas
  • Glass bottles, glass containers, cans, jugs, and plastic bottles
  • Projectile items
  • Pyrotechnic devices like fireworks (flares)
  • Drugs
  • CS gas / pepper spray
  • Professional video cameras
  • Spiked wristbands, spiked collars, and belts with upright and pointed spikes (> 1.5 cm = killer spikes)

A note on prohibited (video) cameras: You are of course allowed to take photos for your Instagram profiles or other private purposes. However, professional audio and video recordings are prohibited, and any misuse will be prosecuted. Please also leave professional digital and analog SLR cameras with interchangeable lenses at home. These will be taken from you at the entrance and will either be returned after the event or you will need to take them back to your car.

COAT CHECK

There will be a large coat check where you can leave your jackets and backpacks for a fee.

ACCESSIBILITY

For visitors who use wheelchairs or have disabilities, there is a platform in the hall with a wheelchair-accessible ramp. From there, you will have a good and safe view of the stage. You do not need to register in advance for the platform and you don’t need a special wristband. Trained staff will facilitate access to the platform.

YOUTH PROTECTION

Children and adolescents under 16 years of age may only attend the festival accompanied by a person with parental authority or an appointed guardian. For this, you may need a so-called "Muttizettel" (parental consent form). Adolescents aged 16 and under 18 must leave the festival by midnight; however, don't worry: the festival will end by 00:00 at the latest, so no one will miss out on any bands.

TICKETS

If the detachable part of your tickets has already come off, please bring both parts to the entrance and there will be no issues.

FESTIVAL WRISTBANDS

Access to the festival grounds is only permitted with a valid festival wristband. You will receive your wristband in exchange for your valid admission ticket. The wristband will be attached to your wrist, making it non-transferable. The exchange will take place on the day of the festival at the designated stations.

Please take care of your festival wristband, as no replacements will be issued if it is lost.

While She Sleeps Album Release Pop-Up Store

In just a few days, we kick off the festival season and we've prepared something special for it: While She Sleeps is dropping their new album SELF HELL on March 29th, and we want to celebrate it properly!

At our stops in Hamburg, Leipzig, and Oberhausen, you'll find an exclusive pop-up store where you can get the album in various designs – this time, we even have a picture vinyl available. And the best part: In Hamburg and Leipzig, you can have your vinyl signed by the band during the signing sessions.

Even though the band will not be performing in Oberhausen, we have prepared a pop-up store there as well, where already signed vinyls will be available.

Set your alarms for the signing session (times listed separately below), the band is looking forward to seeing you!
