A band member of Korn recently confirmed that they will be releasing new music in 2024. We'll tell you what the band is up to and where you can find the conversation!
Recently, Brian "Head" Welch of Korn was a guest on "The Joe Kingdom Perspective" podcast. You can find Dubb Alexander's podcast on YouTube and Spotify, for example. Lots of inspiring topics in relation to society are discussed with different guests. In episode 18 and 19 you will find Brian as a guest.
During the conversation, there was this interesting piece of information in particular:
"Yeah, new music coming out next year. I don't know, we're just kind of in hiding right now, just doing our own thing."
The band seems to be taking some time off right now, but new music is still in the making. So in 2024, there will be a release of some sort from Korn. The last studio album released was Requiem in 2022, the fourteenth in the band's history. So maybe, next year will bring the fifteenth album! In addition, there is the 30th anniversary of Korn, because 1994 their debut album came out. Therefore, according to indications, there will be appropriate celebrations.

Will There Be A Headlining Tour?
If a new album is released, there will certainly be a headlining tour sooner or later. At the moment, unfortunately, no tour dates have been set, so we'll have to be patient for a while and wait for more info. On October 7, 2023, Korn will still be headlining the Aftershock Festival in California, where great bands like Tool and Guns N' Roses will also be playing.
