The French metal band Alcest have announced their new album Les Chants De L'Aurore, which will be available on June 21st. The album can be pre-ordered as a yellow or picture vinyl, as well as a CD.
As a first taste, Alcest has also released the first single 'Flamme Jumelle'. You can watch the music video below.

"Despite its accessible vibes, this song is actually the most personal on the album for me." 'Flamme Jumelle', which means 'Twin Flame', is about the concept of loss in general and the difficulty of dealing with the absence of someone deeply loved. It could be a family member, a friend, or a partner. On a spiritual level, the title refers to the idea that certain souls are connected in this life and beyond, and that separation is merely a mortal concept."
